Our seven thoughtfully designed apartments accommodating 2, 2–3 or 4 guests provide the perfect setting for your mountain escape. Look forward to comfortable box-spring beds, a well-considered sense of space and modern chalet-style interiors – stylish, clean and wonderfully homely.
Practical and comfortable: a lift takes you easily to every floor. This is what a holiday feels like – effortless, personal and completely relaxing.

Booking information
Arrival & departure
Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive after 6 p.m.
Booking conditions & deposit
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Your reservation is secured only once we have received your written booking confirmation and your deposit. Please note that we only process written requests; telephone bookings are not accepted.
Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time in good time. Thank you very much!
Final cleaning
A final cleaning fee of approx. €70 to €120 is charged per apartment upon arrival, depending on the size of the accommodation.
Bed linen & towels
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. One towel change is included for stays of one week. Additional changes are, of course, available on request.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of €4.00 per person per day is charged separately upon arrival.
Arriving & parking spaces
Each apartment includes one free parking space (additional spaces available on request). These are located a few minutes’ walk from the Almfried (underneath the Parking Lounge). Guests are welcome to drive directly to our front door for convenient loading and unloading upon arrival and departure.
Do you need more parking spaces or prefer a garage space? Secure underground parking spaces are available at the nearby Parking Lounge Ischgl.
Children's amenities
Highchairs and cots are available on request.
Pets
Thank you for your understanding that pets are unfortunately not permitted in our apartments.
Quiet hours
At the Almfried, we place great value on peace and consideration – therefore parties and loud music are not permitted. Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., so all guests can enjoy a relaxing stay. If excessive alcohol consumption results in the apartment being left in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €300.
Breakfast
Just a few steps from the Almfried you’ll find Kurz bakery – perfect for savouring a relaxed breakfast, grabbing a quick coffee to go, or picking up fresh bread and pastries to enjoy in your apartment.
Ski storage room
Your winter sports equipment will be in good hands: in our ski storage room with a heated ski boot dryer in the basement, everything is safely stored and ready for your next day on the slopes. The room is easily accessible via a separate outdoor entrance.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid once confirmed in writing by us. To protect yourself from potential costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
– 40% of the total price for cancellations made 1 to 6 months prior to arrival
– 70% of the total price for cancellations made 1 week to 1 month prior to arrival
– 90% of the total price for cancellations made during the last week prior to arrival
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged.
